Since my article was completely focussed on economic fundamentals, I had questioned Russia’s status in BRIC. The geopolitical role Russia needs to play in the world stage is undoubtedly critical. We also hope and pray that Russia with its vast resources should re-emerge as a global, stable and responsible economic power, very soon. Don't u think BIC would be very weak term. To make bric a powerful combo, Russia need to play major role due to its size, military strenght, natural resource, proximity to Europe and Asia.
